General Principle
Products sold at f10.net are digital in nature and are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. For this reason, refunds are generally not provided after delivery has been completed.
This is also in compliance with legal regulations regarding the exemption of digital products from distance sales contracts.
Cases Where Refunds Are Accepted
You can contact our support team in the following cases:
Product not delivered: If your product does not arrive within 24 hours despite payment confirmation.
Product does not match description: If the product you purchased is significantly different from the characteristics specified on the product page.
Technically unusable: If the delivered content does not work and no solution is found during the support process.
Duplicate order: If the same product was purchased multiple times due to a technical error.
Refund Process
You can contact live support within 48 hours from the date of purchase.
Specify your order number and the issue.
Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days at the latest.
Approved refunds will be processed according to your payment method (card or crypto).
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Provided
If the product has been delivered and used/activated
If the 48-hour application period has passed
If the purchased product was part of a discounted campaign (unless otherwise stated)
Problems resulting from user error (sending crypto on the wrong network, losing account credentials, etc.)
Cancellation
Since digital products are delivered instantly, cancellation is not possible after order confirmation. To cancel your order before payment is completed, simply exit the payment page.
